Get Involved As A Sponsor

Sponsors support bringing our mission to life and instantly become part of our community.
By providing volunteers, donations, awareness, and opportunities for our youth, we can ensure that all queer and gender-nonconforming youth have access to safe spaces and mentors.

There are several ways sponsors can get involved, including:

Volunteers

We are always looking for more mentors for our programming. Do you have queer and gender nonconforming employees who may want to get involved? You can spread the word, or we can even host an information session with your employees on our opportunities.

Donations

Donating (cash or in-kind) powers our mentoring programs. We have a variety of ways you can donate, including corporate giving, grants, employee-match programs, stock donations, and much more.

Awareness

We're small - but mighty - and could still use your help to spread our mission's importance. Sponsors can offer a spot in their company newsletter, a blog post, feature on their website or social media. These offer chances for other queer and gender nonconforming youth and/or adults to hear about what we're doing and get involved

Youth Opportunities

Have an opportunity for our youth to speak, engage in the next hotel design, or connect with your queer and gender nonconforming employees?

These opportunities extend spaces of belonging from Rainbow Labs to beyond. We want our youth to know about every space and place where they can thrive.
