We have a variety of mentoring programs that you can join. Meet other queer and gender-nonconforming youth, build long-lasting friendships, connect to queer and gender-nonconforming adults and mentors, and most importantly, come to a safe space where you can have fun and be a kid.

It’s not always easy being part of the queer and gender nonconforming community.
From bullying to identity confusion to just feeling out of place—it can be a lot. That’s why Rainbow Labs exists: to connect you with peers and mentors who get it. We’re here to help you feel seen, supported, and proud of who you are (or who you’re becoming).

Life’s not a race. Whether you’re questioning or just curious, you’re welcome here. All of our programs are open to youth exploring their identities. Even if you leave the program and don’t identify as LGBTQ+, you’ll walk away with new friendships, support from mentors, and a deeper understanding of yourself and the community.

We pride ourselves on creating fun programming. You’re teenagers, and you already have a lot of other challenges, from homework to navigating school. You’ll walk away from our program, having fun and learning something new.
